School Resource and Task Wise is a centralized school operations system designed to manage tasks, requests, communication, user roles, notifications, and system records in one place. It helps reduce scattered workflows by giving staff a single platform for daily operational needs.

Users sign in with Google, and the system connects their account to a secure Firestore user record. From there, access is based on role, allowing staff to view and use the sections relevant to their responsibilities while keeping governed actions limited to authorized personnel.

The system is built for school leadership, IT, educators, and support staff. Admin and IT manage governed sections such as user roles, requests, channels, and system health, while Principals, Teachers, and Support Staff use the platform for communication, requests, assigned tasks, and daily coordination.
